Endless Summer

Algarve Blue
The sky turned a deep blue with just a touch of orange as the sun fell behind the horizon signaling the start of the blue hour. The jagged rock formations standing like sentinals along the Algarve beach were bathed in the warm last soft light of the sun illuminating their rugged edges. As the sky changed from a lovely soft blue light to darkness, it was a beautiful backdrop to the reflections on the still wet beach of Praia de Roche.
Nazare North Shore
Nazare Beach is known for its rugged coast and its towering waves that can reach up to 100 feet high. A favorite spot for surfers from around the world who find these dramatic conditions challenging. From above the view is breathtaking. The white foam contrasting with the turquoise waters of the often furious Atlantic is beautiful against the long sandy beaches of the North Shore Nazare, Portugal.

Sagres Sunset

Waves crashing relentlessly over the rocky shore, white foam is a wonderful contrast with the steel blue ocean. Clouds in the sky curl as if to mimic the waves, a mesmirizing seascape leaves one in awe of the beauty of Portugal's Atlantic coast.

Crystal Crag Sunrise
With the first rays of sunlight illuminates the jagged peaks of the Crystal Crag in Mammoth Lakes, California. In the quiet stillness the glow of the crag is perfectly reflected on the glassy surface of Lake Mamie. The contrast between the light and shadows creates a serene scene of the beauty of nature at its best. This also happens to be where I grew up. Crystal Crag was literally in my backyard.
